    I am glad to be back on Mack Avenue where I started my automotive career over 20 years ago working with the Laethem family.     Through the 17 years of automotive dealership employment, I have experience from prepping a vehicle for paint repairs all the way up to managing some of the best employees found in the world of customer service. I take pride in the fact that our employees treat all of our customers like family. That means giving each and every person the highest level of customer service and constantly striving to improve in anyway possible for the benefit of our customer. We know without satisfied customers we wouldn't have a business. When away from work I like to spend time with my beautiful wife, both our sons and our family dog. I enjoy the amenities our beautiful State's outdoors can provide. In the winter months snowmobiling and in the warmer months, dirt biking, motorcycling and boating tend to take up my time.  I look forward to providing you and your family many years of the highest level of customer friendly service possible.

    much raised in dealerships because of my parents and their families all had careers in the business. Over 38 yrs of my career has been dedicated to the collision industry.  Here at Ray Laethem Motor Village Collision we have an excellent staff both in management and factory trained technicians with over over 75yrs combined experience. Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction, we want to exceed your expectations and turn a bad experience into a pleasant one.     I have 16 years experience in the automotive industry and have spent the last 6 in Finance & Insurance. My specialty is knowing all of the various bank programs so that I can get you the best financing options.  I raced motorcycles professionally for 10 years which gives me a very in depth knowledge of the mechanical side of automobiles as well. This information is very helpful when it comes to helping customers make the most educated decision on service and maintenance contracts.

    It is great to live close to work, as I am a Grosse Pointe resident where I live with my husband and son.  When not working, I enjoy traveling, cooking and playing online poker.

    I have been helping customers find the perfect vehicle on Mack Avenue for over 15 years.  My lovely wife and I have been married for 19 years and enjoy spending time with our 8 grandchildren. I am an avid fan of the game of golf.  If I'm not playing golf, I'm watching golf!

    During my years in the business I have achieved the title of "Salesman of the Year"  6 times.  Helping my customers find the vehicle that is right for them at a price they are comfortable with is my goal. I am truly fortunate to have such a large group of loyal customers.

    I have been in the automotive business for over 7 years but my experience in customer service goes back 12 years.  I pride myself in exceptional service before and after the sale.  I enjoy anticipating ones needs before they know they need it.  Although I enjoy the car business I prefer the opportunity to make my customers my friends, for me a referral or a repeat customer becomes part of the family.  My hobby is couponing and teaching friends and family how to save as well.  The true love of my like is my 4 year old son who has taught me the true meaning of happiness.

    I started at Ray Laethem as a lube technician before becoming your Express Lane advisor.  This means I have knowledge and experience in all aspects of the Mopar Express Lane.  I strive to provide the best level of customer service possible while maintaining a 30 minute or less wait time for your oil change and inspection.  In my free time I enjoy being with my family, friends and playing golf or baseball.

    I am relatively new to the automotive business. After receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Wayne State University in 2006, I actually began my career working in event coordination and campaign management. Looking for a new opportunity in 2009, I stumbled upon an opening at this location and have not looked back since. In the time that I have been here I have taken on many roles and challenges, most recently serving as the Account Payables and Receivables Administrator. I am particularly looking forward to my newest challenge as the Customer Liaison Representative. In this role I will strive to assist you with any issues and concerns you may have, as well as work to improve your overall dealership experience. A recent newlywed, I enjoy nothing more than spending time with my husband and our friends and family. My hobbies include interior design, home improvement projects and photography.

     I have been married for 22 years; have three children and three grandchildren with a fourth on the way.  My husband and I stay very busy with my grandson, Jaylon, who lives with us and is currently enrolled in many activities which in turn involve us. I enjoy most sports and love to watch them both on TV and in going to games. We were Lions tickets holders for many years, of course before they started winning. Right now my primary escape and relaxing time is in playing hidden object games on the computer. My dealership career was started 14 years ago working in this very building. I enjoy my role in the administration aspect of the Laethem Motor Village family.
