We offer alternate transportation including

1) Courtesy Shuttle - Ray Laethem Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram provides an on-site courtesy shuttle for all service customers pick up and delivery. The shuttle runs Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm   
 
2) Rental Cars - Without having to leave the dealership, Ray Laethem Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram offers Hertz Rent-a-Car service. Hertz is conveniently located in the dealership to provide you with a rental car and have you on your way in no time.

3) Early Bird or Night Drop Service - For your convenience, we offer before or after hours pick up and delivery accommodations.  Payments can be made using our credit card authorization form or by check. Cash payments can be processed during business hours with our friendly cashier located in our state of the art service department. 

4) Night Drop Box-  Leave your vehicle parked on Mack Ave., fill out the envelope located at the drop box on the outside of the service drive, place your key in the envelope and seal, than place the envelope into the drop box slot.  One of our service advisors will contact you when we open.
